I was born a filthy fecker, dragged kicking and screaming into a cold, hard world. My son isn't like me. He isn't filthy.

I don't want to pollute him, but I will.

I don't want that for Seamus.

I want to step up. Be the father he deserves. And Aela? I want her just as much as I want to be a part of his life.

Of course, she's nothing like I imagined. When I first wanted to wife her, she was young. Pliable. Now? She won't take what I want to give her.

She wants it all.

Every part of me.

But my heart died a long time ago. If anyone can resuscitate it, it's her, but first, I need to become a better man.

And that might be the one thing I can't do.

This author writes very good books, And I can't wait to see what other books she writes I love this series so far and can't wait to see what happens next

Wicked Minds by R.A. Smyth I may have escaped their house but there is no running from Grayson, Royce, and Logan. Not when Royce knows my most precious secret, Logan refuses to let me go, and Grayson hates to see me remotely happy. As if I don’t have enough to deal with already, between worrying about my daughter and dodging my sleazy boss, not to mention keeping up my grades, now I have to worry about what Royce might do with my secret while attempting to get over Logan and avoid Grayson at all costs. Except Halston is a small campus, and at least one of them keeps showing up in my life. It makes forgetting they exist impossible.
