Kelsey Colette is a young, single mother who works multiple jobs to pay the rent and support her infant son. One night, while taking a final call on the ride-share app, she unexpectedly meets Sam Drummond, a Major League baseball player. Sam has just signed a blockbuster contract, only to discover that his pitches are no longer effective. He has yet to pitch well since he misplaced his good luck medallion, the one he's carried since he played in Little League. Kelsey is less than impressed with their first meeting, and Sam is too drunk to remember the beautiful driver, but as fate intervenes, the couple has another chance meeting.

My rating: 5 of 5 stars
I really enjoyed this book this was a new to me author And I can't wait to see what happens in the next book in the series because it is this female main characters one night stand and also her son's father and their son's nanny The nanny and the son's father are the main characters in the next book so by the sounds of it we will be able to see the sun in another book maybe just a little bit older

Wicked Minds by R.A. Smyth I may have escaped their house but there is no running from Grayson, Royce, and Logan. Not when Royce knows my most precious secret, Logan refuses to let me go, and Grayson hates to see me remotely happy. As if I don’t have enough to deal with already, between worrying about my daughter and dodging my sleazy boss, not to mention keeping up my grades, now I have to worry about what Royce might do with my secret while attempting to get over Logan and avoid Grayson at all costs.
