Review: Dynasty by Sheridan Anne

Image
Dynasty by Sheridan Anne Intimidating. Fearless. Destructive. They’re everything a girl shouldn’t want. Too bad this foster girl never had a daddy to chase away the monsters because I’m a sucker for a bad boy … or four. Carver, King, Cruz, and Grayson—the Kings of Ravenwood Heights. When I was forced to come here, I was expecting just another run-down town to add to the ever-growing list of unwanted homes. What I wasn’t expecting was them. They’re dangerous and they're keeping one hell of a secret—a secret that's going to change it all. Boys of Winter is a Dark, Enemies to Lovers, Reverse Harem Romance. It contains explicit sexual content, detailed violence, and coarse language. My Review: My rating: 5 of 5 stars Does book was really good? I can't wait to see next in this series. I don't know if I would read more from this author yet but we'll see.

Review: Twisted in Obsession by Kelly Kelsey

Image
Twisted in Obsession by Kelly Kelsey I’ve never believed in coincidences. I am a man that believes in facts. It wasn’t a coincidence that my papà was the last person to see Ocean before she disappeared. The deeper I dig into her past, the more I find out about the girl who turned my world upside down. I may be a liar, but Ocean lied too. But now I know who she truly is... and what she is capable of. She may have run and hidden once but it won’t happen again. Because she is mine and if I have to burn the whole world down, just to find her, I will. And when I do? I will make her wish her family found her instead. It’s funny how a single moment can change your life. And in my case, it’s been a series of moments. I spent months running from my family, intending to build myself a better life. Then I met him. Nico Marchetti. The devil in a designer suit. He caught me in his web, consuming me until I had no choice but to fall in love with him. But he didn’t love me back. That mu...

Review: What Are The Odds by Madi Leigh

Image
What Are The Odds by Madi Leigh Needing a change of scenery after her parents' death, Grace Hughes applies for an exchange to Phil-U - an American college in Philadelphia. There she meets the popular and cocky hockey captain, Levi Holloway. With a historic rivalry with the football team, Levi wagers a bet with the football captain that whoever gets the Australian exchange student to fall for them first wins their team rights to the gym. Only Levi doesn't expect to fall for Grace for real. Before long, he's attempting to convince her to stay in America after graduation, and doing more to ensure she doesn't find out about the wager. WHAT ARE THE ODDS is the spicy first book of the Phil-U series. It can be read as a complete standalone. My rating: 5 of 5 stars This book was good This book was good and I can't wait to continue with this series and see more From these characters in the next books this Author was new to me. Review: Dancing in Sin by Kelly Kelsey

Image
Dancing in Sin by Kelly Kelsey I knew I had to have her the second I saw her. Being the owner of The Executive Club, I've met my share of beautiful women but none as beautiful as her. I was enamored with her from the second she walked into the room. She is innocent, naiveté, and sex all rolled into one. But I have a side to me that she cannot know about. I'm the future Don of the Marchetti  famiglia , and my hands aren't clean. I have secrets I'm keeping from her, but I know she's hiding something from me too... Three. The number of things that were a priority when I ran away. Get as far away from my past as I could. Find somewhere safe and somewhat decent to live. Get a job that paid me enough money so I could live my dreams of becoming a ballet dancer, in time. It’s how I ended up here, a stripper at The Executive Club. I had heard the whispers about Nico Marchetti, but I ignored them. That was my first mistake. Because now he has set his eyes on me ...

High Stakes by Cheryl Douglas Former party girl, Alisa Turner, made a deal with her daddy, Trey. He’ll provide the seed money for her new business venture as long as she promises to stay out of trouble. Too bad her good intentions tumble 30,000 feet when she meets a sexy stranger on a flight to sin city. Hotel mogul, Liam Bryson, has never believed in love at first sight, but when a sexy little siren twenty years his junior tempts him into a night of high stakes Blackjack, he’s suddenly playing for keeps. Alisa wakes up in Liam’s bed the next morning, cursing Tequila and the five carat diamond on her left hand. She demands an annulment before her over-protective father finds out she reneged on their agreement, but her new hubby isn’t prepared to let her go without a fight. My Review: My rating: 3 of 5 stars I really like it was just very slow This book was really confusing and slow, but I think I will give this author another chance at some point
