Review: Finale by Bea Paige

Image
Finale by Bea Paige From the gutter to the stars... Dance has always been the answer to everything. It soothed my soul, kept me sane, gave me purpose. It brought the Breakers back to me. It healed us. This time dance isn’t enough. It’s time to face our enemies. It’s time I fight back. But at what cost? My soul? The death of everyone I care about? All I can be certain of is this... I’m willing to do anything to protect the people I love. Even becoming a monster. This time there'll be no rehearsals, just our grand finale. I pray it won’t be our last. **Finale is book 4 of 4 in this new, gritty, contemporary reverse harem academy romance for 17+ readers. It deals with adult themes and some subjects you may find upsetting. If you love dance, your men on the criminal side, alpha hot holes, and the friends-to-enemies-to-lovers trope, this is for you. Contains foul language, sexual scenes and of course a HEA. For some of the characters at least.** My Review: My rating: 5 of ...

Review: Breakers by Bea Paige

Breakers by Bea Paige From the gutter to the stars... Dance brought us back together. Our pain and hurt bled out with every movement, with every step across the dancefloor. The Breakers never expected to love me again and I never believed we could get past our pain. Yet here we are. My Breakers are mine once more. But nothing is ever that simple when it comes to us. True happiness only comes when you’re free. Free to love. Free to dance. Free to live. But that kind of freedom comes at a high price. The Breakers are still members of the Skins. Jeb is still their leader. David is still a psychopath, and now there are new enemies to contend with. Dance might have brought us back together, but it’s going to take more than a beautiful routine to keep us all alive. It’s time for the Breakers to own up to their truth, just like I did. It’s time for the Breakers to live up to their name. It’s time for the Breakers to start breaking things. **Breakers is book three of this new gri...

Review: Lyrical by Bea Paige

Lyrical by Bea Paige From the gutter to the stars… Dance is in my blood. Once upon a time it ran through their veins too. Xeno, York, Zayn, and Dax. The Breakers and I were a crew until bad decisions and circumstance ripped us apart. Now the Breakers are back. And they’ve brought trouble. They’re not here at the Stardom Academy to dance. They’re here on a mission for Jeb, the leader of the Skins. He wants something, and me…? I’m just a pawn in their game. To make matters worse, my psychotic brother wants something too. I must befriend the Breakers and find out what they’re up to. If I refuse, my brother will hurt the one person I love more than life itself. I cannot allow that to happen. Dance was always the cure to our pain, the foundations of our friendship and love. It brought us together once before. Can I go through the cycle of friendship, love, and heartache all over again? Will I survive the Breakers a second time? Will they survive me? **Lyrical is book two of th...

Review: Freestyle by Bea Paige

Image
Freestyle by Bea Paige From the gutter to the stars... Dance is in my blood. It’s what keeps me sane, out of trouble. It used to keep them out of trouble too. A group of boys I grew up with. Xeno, York, Zayn and Dax. We were a crew once and we ruled the clubs. Separate we were insanely good, together we were unbeatable. F*&ing on fire. I was their girl and they were my Breakers. Until they did something they promised they never would; break my heart. We were sixteen when they left me. You see, for kids like us, dance was all we had. Growing up in a rundown housing estate in London with no prospects can make you view the world differently. It can make you choose the wrong path. I chose dance, and they chose crime. Three years later I’ve won a scholarship to Stardom Academy. I try to forget my past. But how can I do that when the four boys who hurt me are back? And this time they won’t walk away even when I ask them too. Freestyle  is book one of this new gritty, co...

Review: End Game by G.A. Mazurke

Image
End Game by G.A. Mazurke She’s my lifeline, my rock… When I was billeted with the Bukowskis, I made a mistake. I didn’t lock Gracie Agnieska Bukowski down. Instead, like a 16-year-old idiot, I became best friends with her brother, Kow, and now, the family considers me one of their own. Until her, hockey was my only refuge. So, when I’m traded to the New York Stars, my first move is to change my number to 35. See, we made a vow, one that she might have forgotten, but I haven’t. Gracie’s about to be swept off her feet. I’m going to prove to her that not only is she not my sister… She’s my end game. My review: My rating: 5 of 5 stars this is this book is really good I really like the difference stories that this author is trying to write under this pen name this is the pin name for Serena Ackroyd for her hockey and sports rates and not as dark related books, but you do get Appearances from the characters from her darker books.

Review: Filthy Richer by Serena Akeroyd

Image
Filthy Richer by Serena Akeroyd Seven-year itch? Can’t say I know what that feels like when my husband is as obsessed with me now as he was on our wedding day. A lot has happened since that first meeting, but through it all, Eoghan's obsession with me is an insatiable craving to make me happy.
If anything, I've gotten FILTHY RICHER on his love.

Seven-year itch? Nah, seven-year bliss! FILTHY RICHER is a glimpse into Eoghan and Inessa's HEA! My Review: My rating: 5 of 5 stars this this book is really good but don't skip around I thought I could skip around because it is an extended epilogue for the couple in the second book there are some things in this book that made me very confused because they were revolving around a couple in a previous book.

Review: Waiting Game by Lisa Suzanne

Image
Waiting Game by Lisa Suzanne My wedding to Prince Charming is interrupted with accusations that it’s a sham. It is, but we both hold tight to the story that we’re marrying for love. I don’t have to fake it, but I’m not so sure about my husband. As I play the waiting game for him to return home from training camp, I start to find my niche with the wives of his pro football teammates. But our marriage contract is only valid for one year. If it’s all just for show, why do I feel a little sad at the thought of losing this new club I’m part of... and why does my heart leap into my throat every time my husband takes the field? WAITING GAME is the fourth book in the VEGAS ACES series. This series must be read in order. Home Game (Book 1) Long Game (Book 2) Fair Game (Book 3) Waiting Game (Book 4) End Game (Book 5) My Review: My rating: 5 of 5 stars This book is really good. I can't wait to figure out what happened between the brothers last time. Luke got hurt, but I also sti...
